Steps to Make Paneer or Tofu using Kraft Paneer Maker

Step 1: Boil fresh full-fat milk in a heavy-bottomed pan, stirring occasionally.
Step 2: Add lemon juice, curd, or vinegar and stir gently.
Step 3: Let the milk curdle into solid curds and liquid whey.
Step 4: Turn off the heat and let the curds settle for 4 minutes.
Step 5: Pour curdled milk into the Kraft Paneer Maker with the mould plate in place.
Step 6: Let excess whey drain naturally through the perforations.
Step 7: Rinse the curds with cold water to remove any residual smell.
