- We currently ship across India.
- International shipping is not available at this time.

- Orders are processed within 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
- Once your order is processed, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS.
3. Estimated Delivery Time
- Standard Delivery: 3-4 business days
- Express Delivery (if available): 2-3 business days
- Delivery timelines may vary based on location, courier service, and external factors such as weather or public holidays.
4. Shipping Charges
- Free shipping on orders above ₹500
- A flat shipping fee of 0 applies to orders below the free shipping threshold.
- Express shipping (if applicable) will have additional charges.
5. Order Tracking
- Once shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS.
- You can track your order using the provided tracking number.
6. Undelivered Orders
- If delivery is unsuccessful due to an incorrect address or recipient unavailability, the courier may attempt delivery again.
- If the package is returned to us, we may reship it at an additional shipping fee.
7. Damaged or Missing Items
- If your order arrives damaged or with missing items, please contact us within 2 days of delivery with photos of the package and items.
- We will investigate the issue and provide a resolution (replacement or refund).
8. Cancellations & Address Changes
- Orders can be canceled or modified within 12 hours of placement.
- Once shipped, we cannot change the shipping address.
